• Return Policy: While we appreciate every customer, we have a firm no-return policy. Therefore you must contact us immediately to address any concerns and we will happily make an exchange per our exchange policy below. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. 

 

• Exchange Policy: If you have any concerns with your purchase please contact us immediately. We will allow an exchange on the hair within 7 days from the date of purchase if the BeauTea Bar security sticker has not been removed from around the hair weft. Removal or tampering of the security tag makes the sale final. Hair cannot be tampered with, combed or unraveled. Hair that is accepted for exchange must be in the condition it was purchased.

 

• Please allow up to 3-4 business before items are received after shipping is confirmed.

 

• Expedited shipping is offered. Please contact us before placing your order to ensure that your order can be to its destination in time.

• Processing for raw bundle orders typically takes 3 days. Due to a substantial order volume, we handle the preparation and packaging of each order with great attention and care.

• Orders will not be processed over the weekend and during national holidays.

• For best results with our raw hair, kindly adhere to the provided hair care instructions enclosed in your package.

• Please verify the accuracy of your address during checkout, as we are not responsible for its correctness. We will not be liable if your package is delivered to an incorrect address based on your entry. In the event of a package return, you are responsible for covering the shipping fee once again.
